Outdoor Recreation has many great services and rentals for anyone to explore Albuquerque and enjoy the outdoors. Get advice and learn from the experiences of the staff. Take advantage of equipment available for rent and an inventory that changes with the season. Reserve your seat on one of the many outdoor adventures trips regularly offered or get a group of friends and work with the staff to create a custom trip that eveyone will enjoy and make great memories.

• 1500 sq ft Climbing Gym Reserve the Gym for your event or group(classes, birthday parties, unit functions, etc).
• Recreation Vehicle Storage Lots Kirtland’s Outdoor Rec has three RV storage lots available for patrons to utilize. Price to store range from $10 to $25 a month depending on the total length of the vehicle. For more information, contact ODR.
• Family Campground KAFB Famcamp is available for all base users on a first come first serve basis. There are full service spaces, electric only hook-ups available, and dry campsites. Amenities include a washer/dryer room, bathrooms, shower facility, gathering places, book exchange area, propane service, and dog park...Fun!!! For more information, contact the FamCamp.
• Kirtland Swimming Pools Kirtland's Outdoor Recreation offers a year round Olympic Indoor Swimming Pool and an Outdoor Pool with a baby pool area during the summer. Pool programs include water aerobics, swimming lessons, and pool rentals for private parties.
