The 377th Force Support Squadron Marketing Office provides support to all Morale, Welfare, and Recreation programs, activities and events at Kirtland AFB. The staff produces a variety of products for each activity to create awareness and to inform community members on available programs, activities and events. The marketing office is also responsible for obtaining and receiving sponsorship, donations and in-kind contributions to enhance quality of life programs and events.

What we do:

Provide marketing, advertising, and sponsorship support to 377th Force Support Squadron activities to include posters, banners, flyers, e-mail, and slides, produce the bi-monthly magazine The View, and weekly submissions to The Nucleus the base newspaper.

• Services over 20 facilities with publicity and advertising
• Sell advertising for the The View monthly magazine
• Design and maintain Services intranet and dot-com webpage
• Distribute and compile all Services comment cards
• Develops and maintains Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) System
• Conduct marketing research via focus groups, email, and hard copy surveys
